From naturally fermented sourdough breads to indulgent, flavor-packed cookies and sweet treats, everything is made in small batches with quality ingredients, a little creativity, and plenty of personality.
We believe bread should be worth the wait, cookies should never be boring, and life's little moments deserve something delicious. Whether you're here for your sourdough fix, your next favorite cookie, or just a little flour therapy, we're here to make your day a little sweeter.

Meet Allison - the brains behind the dough
Owner/Operator/Chaos Coordinator
Hey, I’m Allison! The one-woman show behind Sweet ’n’ Kneady Bakes, where the sourdough is slow, the cookies are extra, and there’s almost certainly a Diet Coke within arm’s reach.
What started as a love for baking grew into a little business fueled by creativity, experimentation, and the joy of making something that brings people together. I love putting my own spin on the classics, dreaming up ridiculously fun flavor combinations, and making baked goods that are just as fun to talk about as they are to eat.
When I’m not covered in flour or checking on my sourdough starter (Bianca Dough Rio, aka the MotherDough/HBIC/counter diva), you can probably find me spending time with my golden retriever, Bruce, who takes his role as head of morale VERY seriously.
Sweet ’n’ Kneady Bakes is my little corner of the world where I get to mix creativity with a whole lot of heart. Every loaf, cookie, and sweet treat is made in small batches with care, a little chaos, and plenty of love.
