How to Get Your Dough

Sweet ’n’ Kneady Bakes operates through limited releases called Dough Drops through the platform Hotplate. Think of them as your chance to snag a rotating menu of freshly baked sourdough, cookies, and other goodies before they're gone. Here's how it all works!

1. Keep Your Eyes Peeled 

Dough Drops are available through Hotplate, and are announced on our Instagram and through text signups. Each drop features a specific menu, ordering window, and pickup details.

Worried about missing a drop? Don't be! You can sign up for text links to be notified of drops before they open. 

2. Shop the Drop

When a drop goes live, click the Hotplate ordering link to browse the available menu.

Choose your favorite goodies, select your quantities, and follow the checkout instructions. 

3. Check Out & Secure Your Order 

Your order isn't official until checkout is complete and payment has been submitted through Hotplate.

Before checking out, make sure everything looks right and take a moment to review The Kneady Details - because a little transparency makes for a sweeter experience!

We bake based on confirmed orders, so make sure everything looks right before checking out. Once an item sells out or the ordering window closes, we may not be able to squeeze in a last-minute addition.

4. Let Us Work Our Dough Magic 

This is where the magic happens! Your order is prepared in small batches with lots of care, quality ingredients, and a healthy amount of flour-covered chaos.

5. Get Your Goodies! 

Your Hotplate order will include the applicable pickup details. Please review them carefully so you know when and where to collect your order.
