Sweet ‘n’ Kneady Bakes operates under Florida’s cottage food law and is not subject to state food safety inspections.
Allergen Notice
All cookies contain dairy, eggs, gluten, and soy (in chocolate products). All sourdough products contain gluten and wheat. Additional allergens will be disclosed in individual product descriptions. Products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Sweet ‘n’ Kneady Bakes is not liable for allergic reactions.
Pet Disclaimer
Sweet ‘n’ Kneady Bakes operates in a residential home where a dog resides; however, pets are not permitted in food preparation areas at any time. While strict cleanliness standards are followed, trace exposure to pet hair or dander is possible.
Order Details and Timeframes
Order timeframes are set based on availability and may vary per drop. Each drop may have different menus, ordering deadlines, availability, and fulfillment arrangements. Orders not picked up at the agreed time and location without prior notice will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for a refund.
Order Modifications
Please contact Sweet ’n’ Kneady Bakes as soon as possible if you need to modify a confirmed order. Order modifications are not guaranteed and are subject to approval, ingredient availability, and our baking schedule. Once preparation has begun, we may be unable to accommodate changes to items, quantities, or other order details.
Donation Transparency
Sweet ‘n’ Kneady Bakes has committed to donating 10% of all net sales to an organization supporting the local Central Florida community. Organizations rotate at the discretion of the owner, and past donations are always available to view in the Donations highlight reel on our Instagram page.
